Mariah is a member of the faculty personnel actions team and supports a variety faculty affairs related functions in service to the schools. Mariah joined the Provost's Office in 2021 bringing with her experience from Procurement and Supplier Diversity Services, UVA Finance, and the College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office. Mariah received a B.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016 before beginning work at UVA. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking sweets with her daughter, and making handmade crafts
