Claire facilitates a variety of faculty affairs processes and initiatives. Much of her work focuses on process design, implementation, and improvement in the faculty affairs space. She aims to create systems that promote increased clarity and transparency in faculty affairs work and enjoys innovating and solution building. She also shares responsibility for preparing personnel actions for Board of Visitors approval. This work requires synthesizing data from multiple systems and collaborating with colleagues across Grounds. Claire holds a B.A. from the College of William & Mary and an M.Ed. from the UVA School of Education and Human Development. Prior to her current role, Claire worked at UVA as Project Coordinator for the Dual Career Program and at the Jefferson Scholars Foundation as an Office Coordinator.
